Adult/male
He was expected to be deaf and blind but testing showed that he could hear around 55 dB. He was mentally handicapped so behavioral responses were used. Otoscopy was normal. The pt was difficult to test because he stomped, moved, and yelled.

Adult/male
DPS screening- normal otoscopy, tymps, and acoustic reflexes. His audiogram was the same as the previous one.

Child/male
This was the cutest kid ever. He answered "yeh" for everything. The pt had to give Mrs. Neldon a high five if he heard the tone. He had a loss but it was not his true threshold since it was given through soundfield.

Adult male came in for a screening. Otoscopy showed that he had too much cerumen to test his hearing. He was given names of over-the-counter products to help and also told to go see a physician.
